I do not use pre-set templates. I develop each plan individually to take YOU into account. 

Commitment.

We require a minimum 6-month commitment. Developing a proficient ergonomic service provider takes time. I want you to be successful, so committing to a 6-month program is going to help to ensure that success for years to come. 

We are currently accepting a small number of personalized clients in order to serve you in the best way possible. We limit how many clients we take on, so that you will always receive our best, and not just be a number in the crowd. 

Our Personalized Coaching Program Includes:

• A customized plan is developed for you, taking into your history and abilities. 
• A comprehensive initial assessment to look at the history, goal setting, and evaluation of current ergonomics and/or marketing systems
• A review of one of your (redacted) ergonomics reports assessing your strengths, root cause analysis, and areas of improvement
• A review of your current ergonomics service offerings and cost to determine opportunities for growth
• A targeted plan to improve specific weaknesses and prevent future challenges before they begin 
• Access to your coach via email 
• Weekly feedback on your implementation and ergonomics service activities
• Adjustments to your plan based on your progress
• Long-term ergonomic service/marketing planning
• Ergonomics strategy development  
• Weekly Zoom 1:1 coaching calls (30 minutes)
