Service Agreement
Welcome to ergonomicsHelp’s Accelerate: The Business of Ergonomics Program. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding.
1. Payment Terms and Membership Fees
When you enroll in the Accelerate Program, you authorize ergonomicsHelp to charge your designated payment method for the membership fees based on your chosen subscription plan (monthly or annual).
- Monthly Membership: Fees are billed automatically each month on the same date as your initial purchase.
- Annual Membership: Fees are billed annually on the same date as your initial purchase.
Your membership will automatically renew unless canceled. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid disruptions in service.
2. Price Adjustments
Prices for the Accelerate Program may change over time due to market rates or other factors. However, active members will retain the original rate at which they signed up.
- If you leave the membership and rejoin later, you will be charged the current rate at the time of re-enrollment.
- If prices decrease, members paying a higher rate may contact us to request an adjustment.
3. Refund Policy
General Refund Policy (All Products)
We want you to be fully satisfied with your membership. If you experience any issues, please contact us directly so we can work with you to resolve them.
Refunds are subject to the policy in place at the time of your request.
Subscription Refund Policy

Monthly Memberships:
- You may cancel your membership at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
- Payments for the next billing cycle are non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before renewal.

Annual Memberships:
- Annual memberships must be canceled at least 7 business days before the renewal date to prevent renewal charges.
- Annual memberships are non-refundable once processed. We recommend trying the monthly plan first before upgrading to an annual membership.
4. Cancellation Policy
Memberships do not automatically cancel. You must cancel through your member account:
- Log in to the Members Area.
- Navigate to My Account in the top right corner.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
- Monthly Memberships: Access will continue through the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you will no longer be billed or have access to the Content, including the private Facebook Group.
- Annual Memberships: Access will remain active for the one-year period paid for, after which it will expire.
5. Content Access
Upon cancellation:
- Monthly Members: Access will continue only until the end of the current month.
- Annual Members: Access will remain until the end of the paid term.
Access to all resources, tools, and the private Facebook Group will end once the membership term expires.
6. Disclaimer
By joining the Accelerate Program, you acknowledge that ergonomicsHelp does not guarantee specific results from participation. Success in applying program content depends on your own effort, skills, and implementation of the provided strategies.
